Houston...We Have A Problem!

I would like to visit Mrs. Lee's Kindergarten classroom, and I live too far away!  Again...I loved her "Space" themed centers so much that I made them for my classroom.  Check it out, and then head to her blog to see more great ideas!

If you have questions, please let me know!

  1. How do you play "Cover the Stars?" And... What is the spaceship with the little shiny things on it?

  2. Cover the Stars - The students will take turns rolling a cube. On the cube is says -1, +1, -2, +2, -3, and then an alien face. - is take that many off and + is add that many on. The alien face is - lose a turn. The students will play until all the spaces are covered.

The Spaceship is... The students will drop 10 aliens (green pebble from Michaels craft store with a permanent marker alien face) onto the space ship. The students will add together how many landed on the spaceship to how many landed off the spaceship. The students were working on partners of 10.

I hope this makes sense. Thanks for the comment and nice words!
