Scarecrow Stuffin"

This week Deedee Wills shared a fabulous resource from Differentiated Kindergarten Blog about sensory bins.  Scarecrows are too cute not to share what we are doing in our sensory table!

The students can stuff and un-stuff the scarecrow.  Then they get to label the scarecrow.  After all the fun, the students will label a scarecrow on a worksheet to take home.

Hi-Ho, Hi-Ho, It's Off To Raking I Go!

Have A Good Fall, Y'all!!!

  1. This is really cute! Where did you get the scarecrow and what is it they are using to stuff it? It doesn't look like straw.

  2. I recently bought the scarecrow from Micheals. It was 80 percent off because of the end of the season sale! I had our janitor cut off the pole it was on. I shredded yellow paper in a paper shredder. I thought real straw would cause issues with some.

  3. This is the cutest idea! My kiddos would love this! Thanks for sharing! I miss you two!
